And there is a pipe that can drain s現在、空き家、私が離れたところで暮らしているので1カ月に1回ほど掃除等に通っていました。名古屋市営地下鉄から徒歩10分から15分です。グーグルでは14分でした。約20年位前には店舗兼住宅として暮らしていました。店舗はその1年後くらいにやめて、荷物置き場として利用していました。クローゼット代わりでした。1年位前から荷物を片づけ始め、きれいになりました。その間に売りに出していましたが営業がころころ代わり対応今一だったので今は出していません。賃貸も考えたので、最近ハウスクリーニング等をしてきれいにしました。その時にガス給湯器が壊れているのが判明しましたが、2024年4月に新品に交換完了しました。1階土間はコンクリートです。荷物置き場だった場所です、大量のスーツ等もぶら下げられるバーが付いています。そして軽自動車をとめていました駐車場が1階北側下に、1階南側下はベランダの下でやはりコンクリートです。そのベランダは建物建設会社がベランダを設置してくれなかった為、私がホームセンターに設置してもらいました。そしてその1階のベランダ下と土間の所に下水を流せる配管が出ています。1階にトイレや風呂を設置するときに利用可能だと思います。ベランダ下には水道があり洗濯機を置けます。土間の部屋にも水道配管とガス配管もあります。電話回線用の口が1階にもありまして、今は2階とつながっています。2階は2か所電話の口があり、その一つのところに光ファイバーもあります。1階駐車場の天井に監視カメラ（当時有線）を設置できるように、2階の端子まで空き配管が設置してあります。未使用です。2階が1LDKで風呂とトイレが別にあります。2階だけだと2人住まい位かと、1階を利用すれば活用価値は広がります。1階北側と2階南側にシャッターが付いています。現況販売、契約不適合責任免責ですので、給湯器の交換完了したので今はありませんが、内覧で判明した故障等は値引き等で対応可能です。コンパクトにまとまっていますが、狭いと言えばそのとおりです。風呂は追い炊き機能付きです。トイレも洗浄機能付きです。台所は食洗器と浄水器用の水道の接続口もあります。テレビはデジタルにしなかったため今は見れないのでケーブルテレビ、インターネットテレビ、デジタルアンテナが必要です。光ファイバーはNTTで引いていましたので2階の部屋に出ています。建物西側に奥
