Description

It is an old thatched house (barn) that is over 100 years old. It is quite damaged, so it needs to be repaired. The Aga River flows nearby, and the fields are spread out around it. The house has been vacant for about 17 years, and I only go to see it occasionally. (My mother passed away three years ago) I have a residence far away and I don't plan to use it. I am not feeling well and it is difficult to maintain. I have to deal with it because it is over for my generation, but there is no use at all, and I can't afford to pay for demolition, so I hope someone can take it as it is.

It's quite damaged here and there. The large beam is retro. There are still a lot of household belongings left, and I would like someone to take them as they are. Anyone is welcome, regardless of nationality. How about revitalizing old private houses, material storage, and warehouses? There is a bus stop on the prefectural road Aizu Mishima Line No. 59, but it runs several times a day, and a car is essential. It is located at the very end (road side) of about 10 villages.

It is an urbanization adjustment area and an existing house. Please contact the city hall for usage, construction process, etc.
築100年以上の藁葺き古民家(納屋)です。かなり傷んでいるので改修修繕工事が必要となります。近くには阿賀川が流れていて、周囲には田畑が広がっています。17年程空き家になっていて、たまに見に行くくらいです。(3年前に母親が亡くなりました)当方遠方に住居があり利用する予定がありません。体調も悪く、維持管理が難しいです。私の代で終わりなので処理しなくてはいけないのですが全く利用法も無く、解体費用も捻出できませんので現況のまま引き取っていただける方がいらっしゃればと思います。

あちこちかなり傷んでいます。大きな梁がレトロです。家財道具もだいぶ残っていて、これをそのまま引き取ってくださる方を希望します。国籍問わずどなたでも大歓迎です。古民家再生、資材置き場、倉庫にいかがですか。県道会津三島線59号にバス停がありますが1日に数本運行で、車は必須です。10件程ある集落の一番端(道路側)にあります。

市街化調整区域・既存住宅です。使用方法建築工程等は市役所にお問い合わせください。
