Description

[Sample text] Held through inheritance. This is real estate passed down from the previous generation and is mountainous forestland. My father used to say it was about 3 hectares. The registry shows 20,000 m². It faces the south side of the mountain and includes steep slopes as well as flat areas. A forest road (or similar) allows access to the flat area. The trees are densely grown, but if part of the area is logged, it might be possible to use it for something like a campsite. The tree species are thought to be sugi (Japanese cedar) (it is unknown whether they are natural or planted). I do not know much about mountains, so I will lease it to someone who will research the procedures required for use and carry out the work themselves.【サンプル文】相続により保有しています。

Hokkaido

Settling in Hokkaido

Hokkaido experiences long, harsh winters with heavy snowfall, which may not be to everyone's liking. However, Hokkaido offers a more affordable housing market compared to major southern cities like Tokyo or Osaka. It's possible to find reasonably priced properties, including traditional houses and modern homes, especially in smaller towns and rural areas.

Hokkaido is celebrated for its stunning natural landscapes. It's a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Hokkaido's cities, such as Sapporo, are known for their high quality of life. The region enjoys clean air, a lower population density, and a slower pace of life compared to the more crowded and bustling cities on the main islands.
