First of all, the house itself is spacious. It is two stories and has 6 bedrooms and a kitchen. There is a large living room of 14 tatami mats. It is an old house built 50 years ago. However, the previous owner renovated it, and the kitchen has been remodeled into a face-to-face style. The well pump and electric water heater have been replaced with new ones. However, there is a problem with the plumbing, and I think it will be unusable unless it is repaired. There is a problem with the sliding doors on the second floor. I did an amateur repair, so it is wobbly. There is a veranda. It is elegant. However, the plum tree next to it has fallen and I think it will cost money to remove it. The garden is also quite large. One light car and one regular car can be parked in the backyard. There is a persimmon tree in the backyard, and in the fall you can eat as many persimmons as you want. The bath is a little small, but hot water can be drawn from the hot water heater. There are two toilets, one for men and one with a Western-style toilet seat. There is also a two-story barn. How about renovating it and turning it into a work space or a hobby room? The problem starts here. To be honest, thまず家自体は広いです。二階建てで6LDKあります。14畳の大きなリビングあり。築50年の古民家です。しかし前のオーナーさんがリフォームし、台所は対面式に改装してあります。井戸のポンプと、電気温水器は新品に変えてあります。しかし配管に問題があり、修理しなければ使えないと思います。二階のふすまに問題があります。私が素人修理をしたので、ガタガタになっています。縁側があります。風流ですよ。しかし横の梅の木が倒れて撤去費用がかかると思います。庭もそこそこ広いです。軽自動車1台、裏庭に普通車1台停められます。裏庭には柿ノ木があり、秋には柿が食べ放題です。風呂は少し小さめですが、温水器からお湯がひけるようになっています。トイレには、男性用と、洋式便座を置いた2つがあります。二階建ての納屋もあります。改装して仕事場に、趣味の部屋にどうでしょう。問題はここからです。はっきり言って外観がとても悪いんです。草は生え放題、つたも少しからまっています。しかし、市役所に問い合わせて「シルバー人材センター」を利用すると、5万円ほどできれいにしてくれると思います。しかし中はきれいです。気に入ってもらえると思います。結果、出ていくお金は100万円以上になるかとは思いますが、やはり広い庭の戸建てはいいですよ。私は前の妻と離婚したのと同時にアパートへ移りましたが、小さな畑を作って家庭菜園をしたり、それなりに楽しい思い出になりました。庭でバーベキューができます。近くにキャンプ場あり。温泉も。蛍の里がすぐ近くにあります。
