However, there is a problem with the plumbing, and I think it can only be used without repair. There is a problem with the bran on the second floor. I did the repair as an amateur, so it's rattling. There is a veranda. It's a romantic style. However, I think that the plum tree next to it will fall and it will cost to remove it.

The garden is also quite large. One mini car and one regular car can be parked in the backyard. There is a persimmon tree in the backyard, and you can eat all you can eat in the fall. 庭もそこそこ広いです。軽自動車1台、裏庭に普通車1台停められます。裏庭には柿ノ木があり、秋には柿が食べ放題です。風呂は少し小さめですが、温水器からお湯がひけるようになっています。トイレには、男性用と、洋式便座を置いた2つがあります。二階建ての納屋もあります。改装して仕事場に、趣味の部屋にどうでしょう。

問題はここからです。はっきり言って外観がとても悪いんです。草は生え放題、つたも少しからまっています。しかし、市役所に問い合わせて「シルバー人材センター」を利用すると、5万円ほどできれいにしてくれると思います。しかし中はきれいです。気に入ってもらえると思います。結果、出ていくお金は100万円以上になるかとは思いますが、やはり広い庭の戸建てはいいですよ。私は前の妻と離婚したのと同時にアパートへ移りましたが、小さな畑を作って家庭菜園をしたり、それなりに楽しい思い出になりました。庭でバーベキューができます。近くにキャンプ場あり。温泉も。蛍の里がすぐ近くにあります。
