Thank you for viewing. This is a large house with a total floor area of 229.91㎡ and 12 rooms. Although it is an old folk house built in 1949, the structure and roof are solid. I believe that only minor renovations are needed except for the interior and exterior, and the ceiling on the first floor. The land area is 561.98㎡. Currently, the garden is overgrown with trees, but I think it would be spacious if they were cut down. There is also a Japanese-style garden. There is a separate two-story warehouse that can be used as a workshop on the first floor. Since the surrounding area is a tourist spot, it might be good to renovate it into a guest house.

There are about three holes in the ceiling of the first floor. I think it would be better for beginners of old folk houses to avoid this property.

Nearby are Kasumigaura, Katori Shrine, Itako Station, and Suigo Sawara Ayame Park, so I think the location conditions are good. The access road is under the management of Katori City, but it is not currently designated as a road, so reconstruction is not possible. There are remaining items in both the residence and the warehouse.

1階の天井が三ケ所くらい穴が空いています。古民家初心者の方は避けて頂いた方が宜しいかと思います。

霞ヶ浦、香取神宮、潮来駅、水郷佐原あやめパーク等が近く、立地条件は良いと思います。進入路が香取市の管理下なのですが、現状道路に指定されていないため、再建築不可となります。居宅、倉庫とも残置物があります。
