Located in the center of the city center of Shimoyoshida, it is an area where properties are rarely sold, and I think it is rare. There is a beautiful river just a short walk away, and the added value is that you can take a walk and play in the river such as a barbecue. The Yoshida area is also declining in population, so the number of buyers is limited, but I think it is good for immigrants from outside the prefecture. The Chichibu area has been bustling as a tourist destination in recent years, and the Ryusei Festival in Yoshida is crowded with a considerable number of tourists.下吉田の市街地の中心中の中心に位置する滅多に売り物件が出てこないエリアになり、希少だと思います。少し歩けば綺麗な河川があり、散歩やバーベキューなど川遊びも出来るという付加価値があります。吉田地域も人口が減少中なので購入者も限られますが県外からの移住者等には良いのではないかと思います。秩父地域は昨今観光地として賑わいをみせており、吉田の龍勢祭りは相当な観光客でにぎわいます。
