Let's play tennis again today. When you go down the stairs, the tennis court is waiting for you again today. When you think of Chigasaki, you think of surfing. I think many people would answer that, but I think it's also a place where tennis is surprisingly popular. That's because there are many tennis schools for a compact town, and some of them are world-famous players. As I talked to people, I felt that the percentage of older people who have experience playing tennis was high. This is a so-called townhouse style, with low-rise houses lined up irregularly. There are many shrubs and greenery on the grounds, and a tennis court is set up in the center of the grounds for residents to enjoy. This property is a maisonette type on the second and third floors. Each room has a compact living/dining/kitchen area and three Western-style rooms. In other words, it's a layout that even a family can live in, but if two private rooms are enough, you might want to use the Western-style rooms on the upper floors as a cozy living room. From the balcony next to the living/dining/kitchen area, you can see the bouncy roofs of Chigasaki, which has a flat さあ、今日もテニスをしよう。階段を下りれば、今日もテニスコートがあなたを待っている。そもそも茅ヶ崎といえばサーフィン。と答える方は多いのではないかと思いますが、意外とテニスが盛んな場所でもあると思うのです。と言うのも、テニススクールはコンパクトなまちの割に数が多く、世界的に有名な選手が出身であったり。お話していて、年配の方のテニス経験者率も高い様に感じます。ここは、いわゆるタウンハウス形式で低層の住宅群が不規則に並んでいます。敷地内に植え込みや緑が多く、その敷地の中心にテニスコートが一面設けられていて居住者が楽しむことが出来ます。今回の物件は2，3階のメゾネットタイプ。ひと部屋あたりはそれぞれコンパクトなLDKと洋室3部屋があります。つまり、ファミリーでも暮らせる間取りですが、個室は2つあれば足りる方は、上階の洋室はこもり感のあるリビングにしても良いかもしれません。ペット可もうれしいポイント。LDKの横にあるバルコニーからは、平坦な地勢の茅ヶ崎の弾む屋根並みが抜けて見えていました。ちなみに、この物件の周辺は特に茅ヶ崎の美味しい店がつまった、グルメな場所でもあります。休日のお出かけ帰りにテニスをして、ちょっと早めの夕飯は美味しい酒と魚を食べ、テニス談議に熱くなってしまいそうです。
