冬季は営業せず、グリーンシーズンのみ運営するのもやり方はありだと思います。設備を整えて清掃スタッフさえ雇えば、手放し運営も可能かと思います。管理人が住んでいるので、引き継ぎもできます。宿経営の経験がありますので、運営方法を一緒に考えさせていただく事も可能です。
