This is a villa lot that was purchased by my late father.

It was bought around 1977 in the Mitsui-no-Mori villa area for about ¥3,000,000 for the land and ¥5,000,000 for the building. The building was demolished and removed 5–6 years ago due to deterioration, and the site is currently a vacant lot. Since then there have been several tall akashiya trees on the property; contractors have cut any trees that looked likely to fall. Most recently, around April 2021, the Mitsui-no-Mori site manager inspected the property for any risky trees and said there were no problems at that time.

We have no particular requests, but as we do not plan to use it, we will sell it at a low price.

It may be a little far—about 2.5 hours from Tokyo—but because it is in the Mitsui-no-Mori villa area, the management is believed to be well maintained.

昭和52年頃に土地300万、建物500万で三井の森という別荘地に購入したものです。5～6年前に建物は老朽化の為解体撤去をして現在は更地です。その後は敷地内に高い木(あかしや)が数本あり倒れそうな木を業者に切ってもらったりしています。直近では2021年4月頃に三井の森の管理人さんと倒れそうな木がないかチェックしました。今のところは大丈夫だそうです。

特に希望はありませんが、使用する予定はないのでお安く譲ります。

東京から2時間半と若干遠いかと思いますが、三井の森という別荘土地なので管理はしっかりしていると思います。
