Description

This property was purchased as land with an old house. I mow the grass several times a year, but I haven't done it yet this year. Since the building is old, I think it is quite difficult to repair it and use it. In the future, I was thinking of demolishing the building and building a detached house, but I thought I would sell it because it seemed to be in the near future. Currently, the house is vacant, and some of the leftovers remain in the house and barn, but please leave it as it is. It's okay if it's right away.

The property tax valuation of land is 3.7 million yen. (Reiwa 6) A wide place is a crow. The bad thing is that the front road is narrow and it is difficult for cars to enter and exit at present. If you can rent part of the field next door, I think you will be able to pass by car.

【Property Overview】 *Land with an old house (current handed over)
Location: Kanazawa, Chita City, Aichi Prefecture
Land: 373㎡ (about 110 tsubo)
Building: 155㎡ (total of house, barn, storeroom)
Structure: Wooden
Current situation: vacant house
Suggested price: 1,850,000 yen (tax included)

*It will be a transaction in the current situation and in the official book transaction.
