However, to acquire farmland, you need permission under the Agricultural Land Act. It must be used for agricultural purposes such as cultivation or fruit tree farming. 徒歩３分くらいの農地です。広さ的には家庭菜園には十分なサイズかと思います。ただ、農地を取得するためには農地法の許可が必要になります。菜園などの耕作、または、果樹の栽培など農業関連に利用する必要があります。　農地は「とりあえず取得する」ということはできません。しっかりとした営農計画が無いとダメなんです。家庭菜園レベルでも、しっかりと家庭菜園を行うことを計画できれば大丈夫です。
