A 2-storey Japanese house with 8 bedrooms and living room, 5 minutes walk from the station. It is a 5-minute walk from Horiuchi Station on the Sanriku Railway Rias Line, and about 1km from Horiuchi Fishing Port. It is located at the eastern end of the 40th parallel, "Blue Country, Earth Village Fudai", and comes with a storage shed. It is currently vacant, so you can move in immediately, and we are also open to renting. It is an old building, so it is being sold as is. The previous occupants were a local fisherman's family. It is on the coast, but it is on high ground, so it was unscathed in the Great East Japan Earthquake. If you cut down the trees, you can see the Pacific Ocean. It is next to the train tracks, so it is also recommended for train lovers.
