Since the COVID-19 situation, we've returned to regular commuting and feel the commute to the city center is a waste of time. I want to spend more time with my young children while they are small, so we are considering moving. I also plan to care for my elderly father who lives alone, so relocating closer to my parents' home is another reason. We hope to sell around March 2023.

The house is all-electric and gets good sunlight (the house in front is a single-story), is on a corner lot, and within a 10-minute walk you have a supermarket (Ario), the Japanese Red Cross Hospital, a junior high school, an elementary school, and convenience stores. The junior high school is especially close. The building area is over 34 tsubo (approx. 112 m²); there is an entryway with an earthen floor (genkan doma).
