This old house has an impressively spacious garden. There is a pond in the garden with water from the valley. If you add a Shishiodoshi or something, you can probably get that "kapon" sound. The building is a typical farmhouse. It's spacious, so I'd recommend it for people with large families. It's far from a major road, so it's very quiet, and you can hear the birds when you open the window. This is a property I'd definitely recommend to people who can appreciate the value of that kind of silence.ひたすら広い庭が印象的な古民家です。谷水を引いてあって、庭に池があります。たぶんシシオドシとかをつけると「カポーン」っていうアレを実現できます。建物は、本当に農家住宅らしい建物です。広いので、家族が多い人にはおススメですね。大きな道路から遠いので、すごーく静かで、窓を開けると鳥の音が良く聞こえます。そういう静寂の価値を感じることのできる人にぜひ住んでもらいたい物件だったりします。
