This old house has an impressively spacious garden. There is a pond in the garden with water from the valley. If you add a Shishiodoshi or something, you can probably get that "kapon" sound. The building is a typical farmhouse. It's spacious, so I'd recommend it for people with large families. It's far from a major road, so it's very quiet, and you can hear the birds when you open the window.
