I originally lived in this house as my family home. I have since married and moved out, but relatives still live here. The tatami mats were replaced a few years ago and are fairly clean. There is a vegetable plot/field behind the house, which will be included in the sale. The property sits at a high point, so it has good views.

The house is surrounded by greenery—so much so it feels like something out of Totoro—making it a good fit for anyone wanting to escape the noise of the city or try country living. A car is essential. The road in front of the house is too narrow for cars, so there is no private parking; you would need to rent/borrow space nearby. Motorcycles can get through the road, so that would not be a problem.

畳は数年前に替えてますので割と綺麗です。家の裏には、畑もあるので、そちらも併せてお譲り致します。高いところに位置してるため、見晴らしもいいです。

トトロが出てきそうなほど緑に囲まれてますので、都会の喧騒から抜け出したい方、田舎暮らしをはじめたい方いかがですか。車は必須になります。自宅前の通りは車が通れる幅はないので、専用駐車場はなく、近場に間借りする形になります。バイクなどは通れますので、その場合は問題ないかと思います。
