I originally lived in this house as my family home. I have since married and moved out, but relatives still live here. They keep the place very tidy, so despite the age of the building it is relatively clean inside. (I don’t know the exact age, but I believe it’s close to 50 years.) Because it is currently occupied, the timing of handover will need to be arranged.
