It is a villa in the Hirugano Highlands that my parents used as a summer retreat in the summer. However, my father passed away three years ago, and my mother is also old, so I no longer use it. We hope to give it to those who want to enjoy DIY on their own. Since it is a villa area with a management company, management fees will be incurred in addition to the property tax, so it is recommended for those who use it frequently. Inside the building, a full range of furniture and appliances remain. If necessary, we will remove it by the time of delivery. Except for the furniture and 両親が夏場に避暑として活用していた、ひるがの高原の別荘です。しかしながら、3年前に父が他界し、母も高齢のため、利用することがなくなりました。自分も若い頃に2～3度利用しましたが、現在は利用することがありませんので手放そうと思います。引き渡しの時期は特に希望はありませんが、父の他界後、この別荘のみ相続登記をしておりませんので、相続登記完了後の所有権移転となりますのでご了承をいただきたいです。相続登記は問題なく即実施可能です。建物については、もう長いこと手入れを行っておらず、風通しなどもあまりやってこなかったので、見た目からだいぶ傷んでいるように思えます。ご自身でDIYを楽しみたい方にお譲りできればと考えています。管理会社のある別荘地のため、固定資産税以外に管理費が発生しますので、頻繁に活用される方にお勧めです。建物内部には一通りの家具や電化製品を残したままとなっています。必要であれば引渡しまでに当方で撤去をいたします。内部の家具・電化製品以外、敷地や建物については、現状有姿での引渡しとさせていただきたいです。高原のため、何よりも夏が涼しいことが最高で、避暑としてベストな立地です。森の中でマイナスイオンを感じながら自然に癒されるとストレスは吹っ飛びます。また、すぐ近くに鷲ヶ岳、近隣にはホワイトピア高鷲やダイナランド、高鷲スノーパークなど、ウインターアクティビティ施設が豊富です。そして、近隣には牧歌の里、湯の平、ふたこえなどの温泉施設もあります。ゆっくりのんびり過ごすには最高の環境です。渓流釣りや登山などアクティビティ好きな方にも拠点としてお勧めです。
