This is a terrace house with land that was rented out until about 10 years ago and has since been used as a warehouse for a while. Although it looks like a row house because the walls and roof are connected, it is not a subdivided property. Since the pillars should be separate, it is possible to demolish or rebuild just this part if desired (though this cannot be guaranteed). It feels like the walls of two detached houses are connected.

Since I no longer use it far from the current location, I will sell it at a low price to someone who can make use of it. It is occasionally rented out as a trunk room on a monthly basis. I am not in a hurry, so I will only show it to those who are seriously interested in purchasing. I will not respond to those who assume a price reduction right away.

The roof was replaced in 2020, and leaks have been repaired. There are still marks on the ceiling and other areas of the room. I believe that with some repairs and cleaning, it is barely possible to live in, but I do not want to take responsibility for any issues that may arise, so I will sell it strictly as "land with an old house" with the building's value set to zero. I am not a professional, but I賃貸として10年ほど前まで貸していて、そのあとは暫く倉庫として利用してた土地付きのテラスハウスになります。壁や屋根が繋がっているため長屋の見た目ですが、区分ではありません。柱が別れているはずの為、その気になればこの部分のみ取り壊しや建て直しは可能です(保証はできません)。一軒家どうしの壁が繋がった物の感覚です。

現在の場所から遠く使わなくなりましたのでご活用頂ける方に格安で譲ります。現在もトランクルームとしてたまに月極めで貸すこともあります。急いではおりませんので購入意思のある方のみ案内します。また、いきなり値下げ前提での方は返事しません。

屋根は2020年に葺き替えし雨漏り直してます。部屋の天井等に跡は残ってます。実際には設備などを直し綺麗にする程度でギリギリ住むのは可能と思ってますが、何かあった場合の責任を負いたくありませんので、ありとあらゆる不具合がある前提のあくまで「古家付きの土地」として売り、建物の価値はゼロとしての販売です。プロでは無いのでわかりませんが、思う所としては外装などの劣化はいち早く補修が必要と思います。

解体したり、大規模な修繕をする事を前提で金額を設定してます。ご理解の上お問い合わせお願い致します。

とにかく安く2DKが手に入りますので、工夫次第で、寮、民泊、シェアハウス、倉庫、その他いろいろできるかと思いますのでチャレンジできる方どうですか？

前回の家賃は現状で４万円（駐車場込み）でしたので、補修し綺麗にすれば今でも同じくらいは取れるかと思います(保証はできませんが)。不動産屋も同じよな見解でした。
