After a fire completely destroyed the house, it was rebuilt in Meiji 8 (1875), and expansions/renovations were carried out up until around 1975, so it does not retain the appearance of a traditional "kominka" (old farmhouse).

The house has been vacant for 10 years; since then monthly events such as flea markets have been held on the premises. It is ready for immediate occupancy. The owner would appreciate a use that helps revitalize the town.

At the town fireworks festival, 5,000 fireworks are launched right in front of the property, so you can enjoy them from the garden while barbecuing. There is parking space exceeding 700 tsubo (over approx. 2,300 m²). The sea can be seen from the second floor, and sightseeing boats pass by in summer.
