This is a prime location in Hakone Gora. I purchased it two years ago for a vacation home or trailer house, but due to my busy work schedule, I reluctantly have to let it go. I have done some grass cutting and tree felling, but I have not touched any construction or infrastructure. The address is in a prime area, with famous luxury hotels like Hyatt and Fufu nearby, and there is a paved road leading to it. I am significantly lowering the price, so basically, I cannot accept any price negotiations and hope for a quick sale.

The land is flat and has been leveled on the slope next to the villa area where the large character burning can be seen in front, but it is a rare piece of land that does not incur villa management fees, even though it is in a prime location. Recently, camping as an outdoor lifestyle has become popular.
