It is a property with an old house built in Taisho 10, and about 16 years ago, even though it was about 20 minutes from my home in Okayama City, the price of 2 million yen was quite attractive at the time, so I bought it as if I was competing for the lead. We dug a part of the land by hand and spent more than a year creating space for a mini car. The approach road is wide enough for ordinary cars to pass through, and there is a slope, so I think it is a difficult situation for those who are not used to it.

Water pipes cannot be used indoors because the connection from the outside to the room is damaged. It is a flush toilet, but it is not currently in use. It seems reasonable to dismantle or completely renovate it. Please pay all the buyer's expenses.

It is by no means a bargain property. It is a helpless negative movable property full of shortcomings. Still, I liked it and bought it. 土地の一部を手掘りでひたすら切り崩し、1年余りかけて、軽自動車一台分のスペースは作りました。進入路は、どうにか普通車が通れるくらいの道幅で、傾斜もあるため、慣れない方には、厳しい状況だと思います。

水道管は、室外から室内への接続部分が破損しているため、室内では使えません。汲み取りトイレですが、現在使っていません。あくまで解体か全面的リフォームが妥当と思われます。すべて買主負担でお願いします。

決して掘り出し物件ではありません。欠点だらけのどうしようもない負動産です。それでも、私は、そこが気に入って購入した物件です。一般的にはとうてい受け入れらない物件に魅力を感じる方が奇跡的においでであれば、よろしくお願いしたいと思います。

購入時、「境界確定」は、田舎にはなじまないとの理由で、隣地の方の了承が得られないまま購入したため、まずは、現状売却を基本にお願いしたいと思います。今後どうなるかはわかりませんが、興味ある方がいれば、引き継いでいただきたいと思っています。
