This is land acquired through inheritance. Originally, it was a field, but currently, no farming is being conducted. To allow those without farming qualifications to own it without the hassle of permit applications, I recently completed the registration to change the land category to "wild land." 車が横付けできません。公道には接しておらず、舗装された私道(あぜ道のような通路)を10mほど歩いて入ります。近隣への配慮が必要です ポツンと一軒家のような孤立した場所ではなく、近くに民家があります。そのため「誰にも気兼ねなく騒げる場所」をお探しの方には向きません。「静かに過ごす大人の場所」としてご理解ください。建築等を検討される場合は、事前確認が必要です。上下水道、電気、ガスが引かれておらず負担金もありません。
