Himeji Yumesakicho is located in the northern part of Himeji, surrounded by mountains that remain rich in nature. This is a used property on a remote island located about a 30-minute boat ride from Himeji Port. It has been vacant for about a year. The building is approximately 50 years old. The toilet has been renovated to a flush toilet. Each room has been tidied to some extent, but all household furniture and electrical appliances remain in place. The owner hopes someone will take the property as-is.

The area, typical of remote islands, has many steep slopes, but the sea view from the hilltops is excellent. It may be suitable as a second home or for operating a small guesthouse. Just looking out at the blue sea and surrounding islands can be very soothing.
