A cute house marked by an orange roof. The Japanese-style room has frosted glass, giving it a Showa retro feel. It's clean and spacious, and I'm actually wondering why it's priced at 0 yen. It's located in a place called Nozuka in Hiroo-cho, Tokachi, Hokkaido. The area is surrounded by dent corn fields, and you can see the Hidaka Mountains from the second floor window. Why is it so cheap? Because "the exact location of the water pipes is unknown"! Currently, there is no running water, and if the water was turned on, there would be gas and electricity, but the water is the only thing that is blocked. If there is an allowance for moving to the countryside, it might be a good idea to use it to get it turned on.

Hokkaido experiences long, harsh winters with heavy snowfall, which may not be to everyone's liking. However, Hokkaido offers a more affordable housing market compared to major southern cities like Tokyo or Osaka. It's possible to find reasonably priced properties, including traditional houses and modern homes, especially in smaller towns and rural areas.
Hokkaido is celebrated for its stunning natural landscapes. It's a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. Hokkaido's cities, such as Sapporo, are known for their high quality of life. The region enjoys clean air, a lower population density, and a slower pace of life compared to the more crowded and bustling cities on the main islands.
