It is a villa that was renovated at the end of September 4 and is ready to move in. Since it is located near Momosawa Onsenkyo, it is possible to enjoy various hot springs. In addition, it is close to Sakura Forest Park leading to the Mt. Iwaki trailhead, 1,900 meters to Momosawa Ski Resort, and 2,360 meters to Tsugaru Country Club, so it is in a convenient location for those who enjoy mountain climbing, skiing, and golf. There is no brokerage fee for our sellers. The exterior walls and roof have been repaired and painted. All the water areas that are a concern in the room have been replaced. The hot springs that I had been using until now were suspended, and the water supply system was changed to 13 mm → 20 mm. Since the sewage switching and switching work has been carried out, the invisible drain pipe is new, so there is less worry about breakdowns and repairs after use.Ｒ４年９月末にリノベーションした即入居可の別荘です。百沢温泉郷近くにある為、色々な温泉を楽しむことが可能です。又、岩木山登山口につながる桜林公園、そして百沢スキー場まで１,９００ｍ、津軽カントリークラブまで２,３６０ｍと近い為、登山やスキー、ゴルフを嗜む方に便利のいい立地にあります。弊社売主につき仲介手数料は不要です。外壁と屋根は補修及び塗装済です。室内も気になる水回りは全て交換。今までご利用していた温泉は休止し、給水装置を１３ｍｍ→２０ｍｍへの変更工事を行いました。下水切替切替工事も行った為、見えない排水管も新しく、ご利用後の故障や修繕の心配も少ないです。
