Due to my parents' old age, we decided to sell the house and live together with our children in a condominium. Built in February 1983, this wooden two-story house has a layout of 5LDK (Japanese-style rooms 6.6.6, Western-style rooms 6.6, LDK 10).

My parents have managed it carefully, so I believe it is in good condition for its age. The neighbors are all nice people. I recommend it for families with children or those who enjoy gardening. The area is very safe and quiet. It faces southeast with no buildings in front. The facilities include a warm water washing toilet seat, counter kitchen, electricity, sewer system, garden, parking for two cars, and all-electric. It is a 5-minute walk to the nearest station (Bungo Kokubun Station on the Kyudai Main Line) and a 2-minute walk to the Kokubun Shinmachi bus stop.

As it is a custom-built house, the materials for the pillars and other parts are of very good quality. However, the wallpaper and printed plywood have aged. The view is very good, and it gets plenty of sunlight. We have planted kabosu and amanatsu, which bear a lot of fruit every year. A mini vegetable garden is also recommended. 両親が丁寧に管理していましたので、築年数の割には綺麗な状態だと思います。ご近所の方も良い人ばかりです。子育て世代や、ガーデニングがお好きな方にはオススメします。治安もとても良い閑静な住宅地です。南東向き前面棟無しです。設備は、温水洗浄便座、カウンターキッチン、電気、下水道、庭、駐車場2台分、オール電化です。最寄り駅まで徒歩5分(久大本線豊後国分駅)、国分新町バス停まで徒歩2分です。

注文住宅なので柱などの材質はとても良いです。ただ、クロスやプリント合板の部分が経年劣化しています。眺望がとても良く、日当たりも良いです。カボスと甘夏を植えていますが毎年沢山実ります。ミニ菜園もオススメです。障子や網戸は2023年の年末に張り替えています。大きな家財は処分します。まだ片付けの為に父が住んでいますが、いつでも内覧できます。引き渡し時期はご相談に応じます。
