The location of this property is in an area that was flooded in July 2020. It has been flooded to a depth of about 1.5m. The building is in the same condition as it was at the time. We believe that renovation and remodeling will cost 10 to 15 million yen. The price for this property is the land price only. The land price is 20,000 yen per tsubo. This is less than half the price before the flood. The house on this land was built in 1975, but we have determined that it is an attractive building and can be fully used with repairs. There is also an unregistered warehouse on the land. There is also a garden made of natural stones near the entrance of the house. This area is a residential area. There are new houses and apartments built after the flood, but there are also vacant lots where buildings have been demolished.
