I bought a piece of land with an old house eight years ago. The old house needed to be renovated, so we renovated it ourselves. This time, I was thinking about moving due to work, so I decided to let it go. It is a residential land of 1,633 square meters and a mixed land of 4,941 square meters. 小さな森に囲まれていて、周りは畑なので自然に溢れ、とても静かです。夜は星もよく見え、大きな木々があり、春には桜、梅が咲き、うど、タラの芽、行者ニンニクなどの山菜も庭でとれます。家、敷地は広いので色々な使い方ができると思います。新千歳空港から車で20分、北広島市の日ハムのボールパークまでも20分ぐらいです。札幌市までは車で1時間くらいです。

近くに公共交通機関がないので車が必要だと思います。スーパー、コンビニまで車で5～10分かかります。家は古いのでこのままですとけっこう寒いです。家はさらにリフォームが必要だと思います。
