We bought this house to send our two sons to the Tomakomai National College of Technology, the first college in Hokkaido to enter the National College of Technology from Sapporo. The house faces south of the Ryoun Junior High School grounds in front of it. It is a 5-minute bike ride to the college, and Tomakomai Minami High School and Hokuyo University are also nearby. Thanks to this, both of our sons were able to enter and graduate from the National College of Technology. This is a semi-underground northern-style house called Kinojo Snow-resistant, and it uses a stove, so it saves on kerosene. The walls and roof were replaced 10 years ago. It is a convenient location for working at the Upopoy Museum. The station is a 10-minute walk away, and the bus stop is a 1-minute walk away. It is made of concrete, so it can still be used. The location is great. You can park another car in the south-facing semi-underground garage. The screen is damaged, so if you break it, you can park four cars. It is currently rented for 65,000 yen, but it will be back in 1 year and 2 months.札幌から国立苫小牧工業専門学校高専では北海道一番に2人の息子を入学させるために購入しました。前が凌雲中学校のグランド南向きです。高専までは自転車で5分、近くに苫小牧南高等学校、北洋大学もあります。お陰様で二人とも国立高専に入学、卒業できました。木の城耐雪と言う半地下型の北方型住宅でペチカなので灯油節約できます。10年前に壁、屋根の張り替えなどは済ませています。ウポポイ博物館で働くには便利な場所です。駅は徒歩10分、バス停は徒歩1分です。コンクリートですからまだまだ使えます。立地は最高です。南向半地下車庫にもう一台止めれます。屏が傷んできているので壊せば4台止めれます。今65,000円で賃貸中ですが、あと1年2ヶ月で、もどります。
