There is no water, electricity or gas.地目は全て雑種地の、3,377㎡の土地です。アクセスは大阪駅から車で約1時間です。周辺施設としまして、伝統的建造物群保存地区である篠山街道まで車で3分です。古民家を改装したコーヒー屋、ピザ屋、パン屋、ラーメン屋、イタリアンなどが連なります。コンビニ（LAWSON）まで車で4分、能勢温泉まで車で20分です。建築基準法により建物の建築は不可です。プライベートキャンプ場として購入し利用していましたが、引越しに伴い通わなくなってしまうため、お譲りします。南東向きのため日当たり良好です。水量は少ないですが小川が流れています。平坦地が約2,000㎡あります。ウグイス、キツツキ、シカの声が聞こえます。水道、電気、ガスは一切ありません。
