This property is a good location for someone running a business because the site is spacious. It is also suitable for those seeking country living: although the land is officially all classified as residential land, there is space for a small field. There was an unregistered storage shed of about 15 tsubo (very old, like a kura) which has been demolished and the site cleared. Overgrown weeds on the site have been cut back and planted landscaping has been removed and disposed of. A large zelkova tree near the site entrance could not have its roots removed, but it has been cut below ground level; the site has since been leveled.
