In 2024, we started selling through a local real estate agent, and although there were several viewings, we did not get to the point of selling. I asked a local real estate agent to take a look at it and set it as a reasonable amount. We will negotiate a price reduction. There are hot springs and elementary and junior high schools nearby. There is Shimagahara Station on the JR Kansai Main Line, a fire station, a station, a branch office, and a hospital. Several times a year, you can see the sea of clouds from your home. It is old (it used to be a banya and a bansho, so it is quaint).2024年に入ってから、地元の不動産屋を介して売却を開始、内覧は数件ありましたが、売却まで至らずです。地元不動産屋に見てもらい、妥当な金額として設定してもらいました。交渉によって価格の値下げに応じます。近くに温泉、小中学校あります。JR関西本線島ケ原駅、消防署、駐在所、出張所、病院あります。年に数回、自宅から雲海が見られます。築年数が古いです（昔は番屋・番所で有ったので趣はあります）。
