Description

After my father inherited my grandparents' house, the tenant who had lived there for 20 years moved out in July last year. Coincidentally, my father passed away in the same month, and I became the heir. The house is currently vacant, and there are areas where it cannot be lived in due to some rain leaks, but water and electricity are available. It is not located in a landslide warning area.

The forest is left unattended. Due to the land's characteristics, which are prone to water accumulation, there are times when the garden gets flooded because of poor drainage somewhere, but with proper maintenance, the mountain water should flow smoothly like a small stream in the garden (as I remember from my childhood). There is a two-story storehouse.

The property will be handed over as-is, so repairs to the floor and roof are necessary for living. The sooner, the less damage to the building. The house itself is made of sturdy chestnut wood from the Meiji era (18th year), and there is a magnificent main pillar. There is a sunken kotatsu and a water storage area accessible from both the kitchen and hallway. There is a considerable amount of storage space in the closet for futons and other it

Known for its stunning coastline along the Sea of Japan and the breathtaking landscapes of its mountainous interior, Shimane is an ideal retreat for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
