This is a villa lot my father purchased 30 years ago. He originally planned to build a villa with a basement, but it was never used and has become an overgrown forested mountain. The slope is quite steep, so usable purposes may be limited, but I would be grateful if someone could make use of it.

There are no management fees for this villa area. Gas would be propane, so tanks need to be installed. Electricity must be connected from a nearby utility pole. The water supply has not been connected; there appears to be a pipe nearby but a connection is required. (I was told that from around the year after next it will be converted to the town water supply and that there will be no charge, but at present connection work and associated costs are required — the water supply is said to be spring water.)

A ski resort is nearby. The Keikyu Country Club (golf course) and the Tengu no Yakata hot spring are both about a 10-minute drive. The property is located at the end of a road, so you can use it with relatively little concern about neighbors. Edible wild mountain vegetables (tara buds) can be gathered.

管理費がかからない別荘地です。ガスはプロパンになるのでボンベを設置していただきます。電気は近くの電柱から引き込むことになります。水道は引き込みはしておらず、近くに配管はあるようですが引き込みが必要です。（再来年辺りから町の水道になるようで費用がかからないとお聞きしましたが現状は工事費がかかります（水道水は湧き水だそうです））。

スキー場が近いです。ゴルフ場(京急カントリークラブ)や温泉(天狗の館)へも車で10分位で行けます。道の突き当たりに位置するので、割と周りを気にせず使えると思います。山菜(タラの芽)が採れます。

かなり傾斜があるため使用用途が限られると思います。もしくは整地が必要になります。キャリアによっては電波が届きづらいかもしれません。
