This is a plot of land in a quiet residential area developed by the Nagano Prefecture Housing Supply Corporation in 1981. After acquisition, there were plans to build a house, but due to work circumstances, I will be moving out of the prefecture soon. Similar land is being sold in the local vacant house and land bank for 3.5 to 5 million yen, so it seems reasonably priced. All utilities, including water, electricity, and gas, can be connected. The parents wish to dispose of a parcel of land they have owned for many years. It is located in a resort area of Nagano Prefecture and measures about 240 tsubo (approximately 790–810 m²). The land was purchased in the 1970s and has not been actively used since; the family has continued to pay property tax. If anyone can make good use of it, please contact us.
