隣地は教会があり、上下水道もあります。ライフラインについて上下水道以外特にありません。草刈りなどの管理もきちんとおこなってきたので、建物はすぐに建てられます。釣りや海遊びが好きな方、また壱岐の生ウニやワカメなどの海産物は新鮮でどこでも味わえない食材です。セカンドハウスとして、別荘としてとてもよい場所です。見晴らしがよく静かで海が好きな方には最適です。高台にあるため崖条例で建築に規制があるかもしれません。住宅用地ですので住宅ならば大丈夫です。いずれ帰郷したいと思い、今日まで大切に管理してきましたので、どなたか壱岐の島が大好きで、大切にしてくださる方に購入いただけたら幸せです。

It is said to be the gateway to Iki Island and offers an excellent location. The Jetfoil reaches Fukuoka in approximately 50 minutes. This is one of the island's most popular residential plots.

For those who love Iki Island: the area is also a resort destination and has hot springs. Building a vacation home would be a good option. With AEON only 30 seconds (about 1 minute) away, this is likely the best location available on the island. The grass has grown because lawn maintenance was neglected.
