This property is located in an environment where the coastline with a long history that has been popular as a villa area close to the sea since the Showa era, and the coastline with clear and calm waves spreads over a wide area. Although the building is 26 years old, the distance to the sea is not close, so there is little pain from salt damage and it can still be used sufficiently. You can see the sea from the 16-tatami living room window, and as you can see in the photo, the ceiling has large exposed beams, giving it a high and open feel.
