I lived here alone for 11 years, but I am selling it due to my marriage. I personally liked it, but I moved out in January of the 6th year of Reiwa at the request of my fiancé, so it is currently vacant. Since I have replaced many things, I will leave the remaining items as they are. It is a perfect environment for living alone. It has an 8-tatami room with a kitchen and a unit bath, and there is a 6-tatami prefab and a storage shed in the garden. The parking space can accommodate two small cars. The list of remaining items includes: 2 air conditioners, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a water heater, curtains, 3 floor lights, floor mats, 2 small tables, 2 small shelves, a cupboard, a drying rack, several concrete blocks, an exercise bike, pruning shears, weed control sheets and pegs, and a blue tarp. There are areas that need screen replacements, two dents in the wall, a torn fusuma (sliding door), and peeling in the attic. 買い替えた物が多いので、残置物はそのままお譲りします。一人暮らしにはちょうど良い環境です。8畳にキッチンとユニットバスが付いており、庭に6畳プレハブと物置きがあります。駐車場は小型車ならば2台可能です。残置物一覧は、エアコン2台、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、給湯器、カーテン、フロアライト3点、フロアマット、小机2点、小棚2点、食器棚、物干し台、コンクリートブロック数点、エアロバイク、枝切り鋏、防草シートとペグ、ブルーシートです。網戸交換が必要な箇所、壁に2箇所凹み、ふすま剥がれ、屋根裏剥がれがあります。入口の戸にはガラスなし（ダンプラで補修）です。ある程度清掃はしてありますが、壁や屋根まではしていません。

固定資産税が安く（年間6,000円程度）、自然が豊かで静かでバーベキューしても問題なしです（隣家ありだが未入居）。ですが、車あり前提の地域で、夏場は虫や雑草が多いです。茨城の真ん中なので水戸、つくば、宇都宮へのアクセスが良いです。消防団はありません。自治会費は年間4,000円前後で5年に1回ほどで班長がありますが、仕事はほとんどありません。自治会の集まり等もありません。

土日は内覧可能です。2月は3日4日17日18日23日25日、3月は2日と20日以外の土日、平日は18時以降可能です。
