ここを通る車はほとんどないことがお分かりいただけると思います。お隣さんは定住の方のようですが、このあたりは本当に静かです。
広い庭
敷地の端に畑を楽しんでいた形跡があります。伊豆高原では畑ができるような土地は少なく、ほとんどが火山岩なのですが、この家では畑ができそうです。

The sea is almost in the direction of due south. It is about 400 meters in a straight line. The entrance to the Jogasaki Picnic Course is right there, so you can stand on the cliff of Jogasaki and look at the sea in 10 minutes after leaving the house.
This is also a picnic course that leads to the suspension bridge of Jogasaki, but if you live here, it will also be a daily walking course.

＜温泉は？＞
配管はバスタブまで通っていますのですぐに利用可能です。問題は、「権利の購入」が必要なことです。約220万円なんですよね～。よくお考え下さい。
無色無臭で、気分は「温泉か？」って感じですが、成分は間違えなく温泉で、温まり方でそれを実感できます（私の場合ですが、、、）
温泉なしのまま購入することができますし、温泉の判断は後日でも構いません。
＜海から３軒目＞
海はほぼ真南の方向になります。直線距離で約４００メートル。城ケ崎ピクニカルコース（自然研究路）入口がすぐそこにありますので、家を出てから１０分で城ケ崎の断崖に立って海を眺めることができます。
ここは、城ケ崎のつり橋までつながったピクニックコースにもなっていますが、ここに住んだとすれば、毎日の散歩コースにもなりますね。
そうそう、ここで磯釣りをしている人もいます。何が釣れるかわかりませんが、、、、
＜畑＞
この地域は火山岩ですので、実は岩がごつごつしている土地です。地震には強い地層になっています。ですから、畑はほぼほぼ困難なんです。　で、ここは？　そうです。土を運んできてここに入れました人工の畑です。　芝庭も同じです。ごつごつ岩の庭が変身しました。　買手が見つかるまで頑張って弊社で水撒きをしますが、その先は購入者にお任せです。よろしくお願いします。
＜ガレージ＞

＜生活？＞

＜リフォーム＞
販売にあたり、外壁塗装、水回りの総入れ替え（キッチン、トイレ、洗面、浴室）、１Fリビングのクロスにフローリングなどやり直しました。でも、２階の和室などはぼほ昔のままになっています。
さあ、あなたの車を車庫にいれ、その横に道具を持ち込んで早速「くるまいじり」でも始めてください。車の出入りが楽なように家の前面には広めにコンクリートを張りました。また、左右のフェンスも少し遠慮して開口部を大きくしました。これは、くるまいじりのことを考えてのことです。
