This is a Japanese-style building and workshop that resembles a temple. The details of each component are explained on YouTube. It is located one block in from National Route 135, in a former joinery shop that serves as both a residence and workshop. The location is about a 4-minute drive from Izukogen Station, which is quite rare in Izukogen as it is not in a resort area but in a residential area. The parking space is spacious enough to accommodate more than five cars if parked well. First, looking at the residence... There are 8 rooms, and the volume of the building is very large, but what is even more surprising is the quality of the materials. You can see that each ceiling, pillar, and floor material has been carefully crafted. What impressed me the most was the smoothness of the fusuma (sliding doors). It was a feeling I had never experienced before (I can't quite put it into words...). The details of the materials and the smooth movement of the fusuma are explained in a YouTube video with the owner, so please take a look. Next is the workshop. 国道135号線から1本内側に入った位置にある元建具屋さんの居宅兼作業所です。
伊豆高原駅まで車で約4分という立地、別荘地ではなく住宅地という点も伊豆高原ではなかなか珍しいかもしれません。
駐車スペースは上手く停めていけば5台以上余裕な広さです。
まず、居宅から見ていきますと､､､
8部屋と建物のボリュームがとても大きいのですが、それ以上に驚かされるのが【部材の良さ】です。
天井や柱、床材の一つ一つにこだわって造られていることが分かります。
特に私が感動したのは【襖のスルスル感】です。
今まで体感したことのない感じでした。（上手く言葉に出来ませんが…）

次に作業所です。
居宅の下に鉄筋コンクリート造の部分があります。
とても広い空間で、しかも窓付きですので空気もしっかりと抜けますね。
その横、敷地の一番奥側には木造2階建ての作業所があります。
こちらも人が出入りして作業するには十分な状態だと思います。
本物件についてはレポートでは表現しきれない良さが随所に見受けられますので、まずはYouTube動画で驚いていただき、現地を実際にご確認いただいて更に驚いていただけると思います。

海はほぼ真南の方向になります。直線距離で約４００メートル。城ケ崎ピクニカルコース（自然研究路）入口がすぐそこにありますので、家を出てから１０分で城ケ崎の断崖に立って海を眺めることができます。
ここは、城ケ崎のつり橋までつながったピクニックコースにもなっていますが、ここに住んだとすれば、毎日の散歩コースにもなりますね。
そうそう、ここで磯釣りをしている人もいます。何が釣れるかわかりませんが、、、、
＜畑＞
この地域は火山岩ですので、実は岩がごつごつしている土地です。地震には強い地層になっています。ですから、畑はほぼほぼ困難なんです。　で、ここは？　そうです。土を運んできてここに入れました人工の畑です。　芝庭も同じです。ごつごつ岩の庭が変身しました。　買手が見つかるまで頑張って弊社で水撒きをしますが、その先は購入者にお任せです。よろしくお願いします。
＜ガレージ＞

＜生活？＞
世間は平坦です。伊豆高原駅まで徒歩約１７分。途中は観光客の多いにぎやかなところを通過します。駅まで行けば、スーパーナガヤとか、JAや静岡銀行、救急車に透析もできる病院などあります。伊豆高原別荘地の中では便利な地域です。
＜リフォーム＞
販売にあたり、外壁塗装、水回りの総入れ替え（キッチン、トイレ、洗面、浴室）、１Fリビングのクロスにフローリングなどやり直しました。でも、２階の和室などはぼほ昔のままになっています。
さあ、あなたの車を車庫にいれ、その横に道具を持ち込んで早速「くるまいじり」でも始めてください。車の出入りが楽なように家の前面には広めにコンクリートを張りました。また、左右のフェンスも少し遠慮して開口部を大きくしました。これは、くるまいじりのことを考えてのことです。
＜温泉は？＞
権利金220万円別途必要ですが、配管はバスタブまで通っていますので権利金のお支払いですぐに利用可能です。
無色無臭で、気分は「温泉か？」って感じですが、成分は間違えなく温泉で、温まり方でそれを実感できます（私の場合ですが、、、）
温泉なしのまま購入することができますし、温泉の判断は後日でも構いません。

About 30 times a year, an unbelievable view appears with the sea a deep blue and the islands clearly visible. (→ This part may be pointed out by the Real Estate Transaction Business Act. Tankers and large cargo ships heading south in front of the island create a lovely scene that changes daily.

There is no garden.
Well, actually, there is one, but it’s not a troublesome garden. For those who think of gardens as "a hassle with overgrown plants,ズバリ、眺望物件！余計な庭が無く、まるでマンションのような一戸建です。

あかざわ恒陽台別荘地は、ズバリ眺望別荘地です。そんな中でもこの家、すごいんです。わざわざ２階にリビングを持ってきているのは理由があります。そうです。眺望です。
具体的には、、、、
大島はもちろんですが、最高に（土屋の個人の意見ですが、、）感動するのは、伊豆七島が見えることですね。　　真正面の太平洋を挟んで北にドカンと大島、そして南に目を向けるとそこに三角の利島、そして、その隣に巨大UFOの着陸かと思わせる新島・・・・。　年に３０回くらい、海が真っ青、島くっきりのこの世のものと思えない絶景が現れます。（→この部分は宅建業法で指摘されるかもしれません。されたら削除させていただきます）
島の手前を南下していくタンカー、大型貨物船も日々変化する素敵な光景です。

庭がありません。
いえ、ほんとはちゃんとありますが、厄介な庭がありません。庭を「草木が生えて大変なのよ」と、庭を厄介者だとお考えの方には最高な物件です。庭らしい庭はありませんので、庭木のメンテナンスは極小です。マンションの「カギ一本だけで帰ってきました」みたいな感覚で楽しめます。
そうそう、もう一つ。ここは別荘地の無料バスのバス停がすぐそこです。

アイアンの統一された照明器具、一体何種類のクロスが使われえているのでしょう？　そして、リビングのダイニングテーブルセット、、、、。現オーナーはデザイン関係のお仕事をされています。そんなことから、自らの別荘には最高なものを使われているんですね。
家は、積水ハウス。当時のシャーウッド仕様です。地震に強い構造ですので末永くお楽しみくださいね。

This property is located at the very back of a site with two single-story apartments, originally part of the manager's room. It is a standalone house completely separated from other buildings. The photos are about 30% more beautiful than the actual appearance, so please do not have overly high expectations when you come for a viewing. Some renovations have been made, but it was built in 1981, so it is old. No pets allowed. Please cooperate with the no smoking policy indoors. By the way, it snows here about 1-2 times a season. For groceries and daily necessities, you need to go to the vicinity of Izu Kogen Station, which is about a 10-minute drive. The road has steep slopes, so a car is essential.荷物の多いおひとりさまにオススメ。ベランダも広く、洗濯物を豪快に干せます。
この物件は平屋のアパートが2棟ある敷地内の一番奥、元々管理人室だった部分です。他の建物から完全に離れた一戸建てです。
写真は3割増しくらいキレイに写っていますので、内覧の際は期待しすぎないで見に来て下さい。。一部リフォームもしていますが昭和56年築ですので古いですよ～。
