This is a traditional Japanese restaurant that was renovated from a 150-year-old traditional Japanese house. We are considering relocating to another location, so we are looking for someone to buy it. The kitchen equipment is complete, and the restaurant also has tables, chairs, and other fixtures, so it can be used immediately as a restaurant. The renovated property has a good old atmosphere, with impressive beams visible from the atrium. The first floor is used as a store, and the second floor has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a Western-style room, so we recommend using it as a residence. There is a garden, which is well maintained with stones laid out and trees planted. There is no bath. There is a wood stove, but it is currently used for display. You will need to consult with the fire department before using it.

Built around the end of the Taisho era, three townhouses on Yokamachi Street. In the past, it was a building where greengrocers and osteopaths were operated. Located in the middle of Yokamachi Street, it is 140m to the Zuisenji temple gate, and there is no other place to start business! On the exterior of the exterior, you can see the traditional designs of the Inami townhouse, such as "kowaki (sleeve wall)" and "climbing beams and girders". A deep townhouse with a courtyard and a storehouse. The curved beams used on the second floor are artistic and lovely! Some parts are deteriorating, and it is expected that renovation costs will be incurred. It is a very popular property for those who want to start a business for tourists, companies that want to expand their products, popularity, and brand as a flagship store, and as a production base for artists who are also interested in community development!
