今回のリフォームでトイレと洗面台が新品に交換されました。トイレは温水洗浄便座付き、洗面台はハンドシャワー付きになり使いやすくなりました！
間取りについて
32年前に建てられたので「LDK(リビングダイニングキッチン)」タイプではなく「DK(ダイニングキッチン)」となっています。DKは6帖あるかどうか、という広さなので少し窮屈に感じられるかもしれません。
その代わり？ではないと思いますが洋室2部屋は各7.5帖の広さがございます。
洋室2部屋にはエアコン新品が設置済み！夏の暑さも冬の寒さもこれで乗り越えられますね。
