A beautiful exterior with exterior wall painting work completed in May 2025!
The front door, which had been a little old, has been painted and shiny!
And until now, it was a "doorbell (ping pong without an intercom)", but on this occasion it was changed to a "TV monitor phone".
It's different to be able to check on visitors! (It seems that it will be easier to use the residence guard)
Interior renovated in July 2025
The toilet and sink were replaced with new ones in this renovation. The toilet has a hot water washing toilet seat, and the sink has a hand shower, making it easier to use!
About floor plan
It was built 32 years ago, so it is not an "LDK (living dining kitchen)" type, but a "DK (dining kitchen)". DK is a little cramped because it is so large that there are 6 tatami mats.
Instead? I don't think so, but the two Western-style rooms are 7.5 tatami mats each.

それまで少し年季を感じていた玄関ドアも塗装されてツヤツヤになりました！
そして、これまで「呼び鈴(インターホンのないピンポン)」でしたがこの機会に「ＴＶモニターホン」へ変更されました。
来訪者の確認ができるのは安心感が違いますよね！(居留守もつかいやすくなりそうです)
2025年7月室内リフォーム済み
今回のリフォームでトイレと洗面台が新品に交換されました。トイレは温水洗浄便座付き、洗面台はハンドシャワー付きになり使いやすくなりました！
間取りについて
32年前に建てられたので「LDK(リビングダイニングキッチン)」タイプではなく「DK(ダイニングキッチン)」となっています。DKは6帖あるかどうか、という広さなので少し窮屈に感じられるかもしれません。
その代わり？ではないと思いますが洋室2部屋は各7.5帖の広さがございます。
洋室2部屋にはエアコン新品が設置済み！夏の暑さも冬の寒さもこれで乗り越えられますね。
