It is also recommended to be able to park in front of the entrance! If it is a regular car, it seems that it will be able to park one car, and if it is a mini car, it will do its best to park two. 《Renovated》 The Japanese-style room on the first floor was changed to a Western-style room, and the tatami mats were removed and the flooring was used. The closet is still Japanese-style, but the mix of Japanese and Western is also good, isn't it? ! 1階の和室は洋室に変更、畳をなくしてフローリングにしました。
押入れは和風のままですが、和洋折衷も良いですよね？！
お風呂の折り戸、2階廊下、2階トイレ壁(下部)等もリフォームしてあります。
《1番のオススメ両面バルコニー》
2階の窓を全部開けると気持ち良い風が通り抜けます。北側のバルコニーは奥行も広め、眺望も良いですよ(何かすごい景色が見えるということはないです)
それとすごく地味なオススメになりますが、3DKという間取りで1階にも2階にもトイレと洗面があります！これ、賃貸ではめったにないですよ。
《もしかして、気になる？》
「脱衣所」というスペースがないのです。
でも丸見えじゃないです！浴室入口天井にカーテンレールが設置されています。
気になる方はカーテンを付けてくださいね。
《あると便利な外収納》
玄関横のドアを開けると階段下収納になっています。あるときっと便利だと思いますよ。
