I live in Nagano Prefecture. I inherited a building and land in Joetsu City about 5 years ago. I have no plans to use it, so I left it as a vacant lot. There is the Seki River nearby, and it is nice to take a walk along the bank. It is recommended for those who want to live quietly away from the hustle and bustle of the city and want to have a home garden. The fish, rice, and sake are delicious. The ski resort is nearby, so you can enjoy winter sports, and the sea is also nearby, so you can enjoy swimming and sea fishing. There are supermarkets, schools, Takada Castle Site Park, and a Shinkansen station nearby. By the way, it is 3-4 minutes on foot to Ichiko Supermarket, 15 minutes to Takada Park, 15 minutes to Minamihonmachi Elementary School, and about 10 minutes to Josai Junior High School. It is 5 minutes by car to Joetsu Shinkansen Joetsu Myoko Station.長野県在住です。上越市の建物、土地を5年ほど前に相続しました。使う予定がないため、更地にしました。付近に関川があり、堤防沿いを散歩するのも気持ちが良いです。都会の喧騒から離れ静かに生活でき、家庭菜園がしたい方におすすめです。魚、お米、お酒が美味しいです。スキー場が近いためウインタースポーツが楽しめ、海も近いため、海水浴、海釣りが楽しめます。近くにはスーパー、学校、高田城址公園、新幹線駅などがあります。ちなみに徒歩でイチコースーパーまで3～4分、高田公園まで15分、南本町小学校まで15分、城西中学校まで10分ほどです。車で上越新幹線 上越妙高駅まで5分です。
