It was built in Showa 44 (1969), a wooden two-story house, a barn, and land. It was originally owned by my grandfather, but now it is only owned in my name, and I myself live in Toyama Prefecture. There was a time when it was a rented house, but it has been about 20 years since it was moved. It is now an untouched and completely vacant house. The last time I entered the house was about 16 years ago, and it was 5 years ago just by checking the current situation from the outside. However, when I checked with the local real estate company, it seems that there are quite a few signs of human intervention (weed removal, etc.).

There is no collapse of the building, and there is no notification from Joetsu City so far, but there is damage to some exterior walls. Both the storeroom of the main house and the attached barn still have a large amount of leftovers inside. The surrounding area is also densely covered with weeds and trees. National Route 8 can be accessed by one road, but the road is a narrow unpaved gravel road (cars cannot be passed by each other) from the 昭和44年(1969年)に建てられた、木造二階建て一軒家と納屋、そして土地です。元々は祖父の所有物でしたが、現在は私の名義にて所有だけしている状態で、私自身は富山県に在住しております。貸家であった時期もありますが、退去されてから20年程度経過しております。現在は手つかずの完全な空き家です。私が最後にその家の中に入ったのが16年程前、外から現状を確認しただけでも5年前になっております。ですが、現地の不動産会社の方にご確認いただいたところ、少なからず人の手が入った形跡(雑草の除去等)があるようです。

建物の倒壊などはなく、上越市からの通知は現在のところ来ておりませんが、一部外壁の破損があります。母屋の物置・併設の納屋共に、内部に未だに残置物が大量にあります。周囲も雑草・雑木等で鬱蒼としております。解体・処理費用も捻出できませんので現況のまま引き取っていただける方がおられればと思います。

国道8号線に道路一本でアクセスできますが、その道が途中から現地までは未舗装の細い砂利道（車のすすれ違いは不可）で、冬場の除雪が大きな負担になると考えられます。ミニバン以上のサイズだと、進入は難しいものとお考え下さい。海が近く、夏場の海水浴が出来ます。人によるかと思いますが、土地の隣が墓地です。

わがままを申し上げるようですが、こちらとしてはとにかく早く手放したいというところであります。当方は富山県在住ですが隣県とはいえ頻繁に訪れるにも難しいので、再度お伝えしますが、土地・屋内の整理は買い手の方に全て委ねられればと考えております。

柿崎区のため、下水道整備の受益者負担金の支払通知書が来ており、こちらは現在分割にて支払い中となっております。
