Currently, new applications and inquiries are suspended as we are coordinating with interested parties. This property was acquired through auction. It was operated as a rental property, but the tenant has vacated, and management from a distance has become difficult. Overall, there are signs of aging, but we would like to pass it on to someone who can make effective use of it. There are two buildings; one has 9DK plus a garage, and the other is a workshop. Maintenance has not been well attended to. We are looking for someone who can take over with this understanding.
