We owned a luxury model house from a certain manufacturer as a vacation home. There is almost no record of it being lived in. It is almost brand new because it has hardly been used. It is all electric, has an air conditioner, a dryer, a built-in dishwasher, windows open and close with electric shutters, there are no natural trees, and it is all artificial grass, so there is no need to maintain it. There are three parking spaces (one light car) at the entrance, and artificial grass spreads in the garden on the south side. It is in a quiet residential area. It is close to JR Kakogawa Station, a 12-minute walk away. There were new pre-built houses for sale in the surrounding area for around 45 to 48 million yen, but they have sold out. Each room has very good sunlight.某メーカーさんの高級タイプモデルハウスを別荘として保有しておりました。居住実績はほとんどありません。ほとんど使ってませんから新築に近いです。オール電化、エアコン、乾燥機、 ビルドイン食洗機付き、電動シャッターによる窓の開け閉め、天然樹はなく、すべて人口芝ですから手入れ要らずです。駐車場は入口に3台（軽1台）、南側の庭には人工芝が広がってます。静かな住宅街の中です。JR加古川駅からは徒歩12分と近いです。周辺には新築の建売が4,500万円～4,800万円程度で売りに出てましたが、完売をしております。お打合せの上ご相談しましょう。いいところは、新築の匂いがするところです。各室、日当たりとても良好です。
