This was the family home where my parents and my younger siblings lived. About 25 years ago my younger brother and parents built the house; five years later my parents passed away. My brother now lives in Kawasaki. The house became the property of my sister, who looked after our parents. During the karaoke boom she and my brother ran a small snack-style bar called “Cha no Ko.” Ten years ago my sister grew older and wanted to sell, so I bought the property under my company name.

We equipped the place for live performances and held brother-and-sister live shows that drew people from town. Ten years have passed since then and everyone has aged. 仙台から約一時間ちょっとです。ここから車10分～15分くらいで宿泊温泉あり、有料お花畑があり、今、大きなダム工事が始まっております。地震にも強く、薬来山は加美富士と呼ばれ今は立派な観光地になっております。電車なしで、家の横から仙台往復のバスが出ております。

今は管理して頂いており、2026年の春頃、売りたいと思います。
