I decided to sell the mountain forest and mountain house in Kamikitayama Village, Nara Prefecture, which I have owned for many years. A lot of friends and family gathered together and had fun every year at a house next to the beautiful Tanigawa River. It is full of nature and there is a house along the Tanigawa River. Even if you are inside the house, you can hear the flow of the Tanigawa River. It is ideal for mountain stream fishing, river play, barbecue, mountain climbing, etc.
It is located in Yoshino-Kumano National Park, close to Odaigahara, and is a place full of nature and clean air with clear streams. There is also a hot spring in the village, and after playing, you can take a pleasant break in the hot spring. If you go south on National Route 169, you will come to Mt. Shimokita, and in about 30 minutes you will come to Kumano Nada, where you can overlook the magnificent Pacific Ocean. If you get tired of playing in the river, you can also enjoy the sea.

There are two houses, but you can't go to the houses in the old village by car. Also, it is unknown whether it can be used because it has been a considerable number of years. Houses along the prefectural road (along the 長年所有している奈良県上北山村にある山林、山の家などの売却をすることにしました。友達や家族がいっぱい集まって、きれいな谷川の傍にある家で毎年のように楽しく過ごしました。自然がいっぱいで、谷川沿いに家があります。家の中にいても谷川の流れが聞こえてきます。渓流釣りや、川遊び、バーベキュー、登山などに最適です。
吉野熊野国立公園内にあり、大台ケ原にも近く、清流が流れる、自然いっぱいで空気のきれいなところです。村内には温泉もあり、遊んだ後には温泉に入って気持ちよくホッと一息。国道169号を南に下ると、下北山に出て、更に30分ほどで雄大な太平洋を見渡すことができる熊野灘にでます。川遊びに飽きたら、海も楽しめる所です。

家は2か所にありますが、旧集落の家はクルマでは行けません。また、相当な年月が経過しているため使用の可否は不明です。県道沿いの家（谷川沿い）は、修理が必要と思われます。また、家の近くに第三者所有の建物が3戸存在しますが、現況空き家で使用されておりません。山林も手入れはしていないです。現況引き渡しでお願いします。
